今晚嚟到海運呢度試新口味。响呢度入去轉左。男人揸機總係容易被誤會,全部望鏡頭。唔駛咁緊張望鏡頭嘅,寫吓食評啫。入面仲有好大地方,但我住出面,冇入去八卦。就快打烊至難得拍到咁少人。連個天花都整得好企理。我哋兩個人就坐响呢度。終於嚟到戲肉點菜環節,首先嚟個有圖有真相先。實物畀餐牌靚仔,包住菜食口感奇脆,可惜餡料未見突出,既食唔出餡入面有啲乜嘢,而唔知係乜嘢嘅時候,只要佢好味亦無問題,之但係除左爽脆之外,我諗唔到有咩原因下次要再食一次,粵式茶樓春卷會更吸引我。批曰:「一試無妨,再叫無謂。」嚟個河內生牛肉粉。粉爽有米香,湯底清甜,牛肉口感乃本地手切,牛味足,佐以九層塔、金不換、紫蘇、薄荷等同食,掂過碌蔗!批曰:「可一可再。」女友對串燒有興趣。見到餐牌上有張咁嘅圖,於是問經理係咪有拼盤(我前後檢視餐牌三次都只見圖,不見文,不見價),經理話有。又係實物靚仔過圖片。蝦好有蝦味,但由於燒過火少少,肉質呈現擦紙膠化。雞係非戰之罪,响活雞不足,且早就唔流行劏活雞做商業食材嘅年代,冰鮮雞同雪藏雞鮮味缺乏嘅原罪,只能夠响醃料上作出補救。牛過咗火,牛味夠,但係略見柴皮。最大鑊係個醬,個汁調到好難食,味度怪雞。雖

雖然呢三種食材本身都做得麻麻哋,但係此店值得一讚之處係你哋從圖片都也許已經發現咗:
配菜量多且新鮮!九層塔、金不換、紫蘇、薄荷、生菜,冇一樣唔掂!而我最欣賞係個薄荷,除咗响雲南山區食過香而不苦葉又嫩嘅新鮮薄荷之外,食勻全香港都冇食翻果隻新鮮度!

個人認為嚟呢度係食菜同埋食粉嘅,其它嘢食都麻麻哋。串燒點拼盤會比散叫三款平少少。
