今天出開尖沙咀,諗住食越南嘢,即時諗到嚟芽莊,因為都去過好多次。今天不是假日,所以下午茶時段不是太多客,當時有5張枱都在進食中,只有我哋新到的客人,員工方面就眼見樓面有6位,其中有一位在執枱,一位正帶我們到餐廳內,其餘員工就分2組人在場傾計。因好肚餓,所以座下後即看餐牌,決定食物後,想搵員工落單,但見5位員工在門口吹水(我哋座嘅枱與門口都有一段距離),他們跟本就沒有回頭望著餐廳內,只有一位女員工正在收拾其他客人枱上的餐碟,我根本就搵唔到員工落單,咁我就見執枱的員工行過(她手上拿著碗碟),所以我就同她講:麻煩你轉頭幫我哋落單,她回應我:好的,請你等等。怎知等了又等,連她都現身於門口位置,完全忘記了要落單這回事;所以我要等她們回頭望入餐廳才可擧手搵佢哋。後來就見到有位短髮女員工望向我哋張枱方向,咁我就即時向著她舉手,怎知她望不見,我就再舉多次手,仲要好大動作,她才見到,真係奇怪,「似見似不見」,都唔理咁多,因肚餓,有人嚟落單就ok,怎知呢位員工態度真係絕頂,好似係我哋阻住佢冇得傾計咁,黑面之餘,聲線還帶點唔耐煩,最後落了單。後來有員工拿刀及义來我哋張枱,什麼都沒說就放低,呢啲服務,以前唔會發生在這品牌,之後的飲品及食物都是在冇聲冇色地,在不同方向降落在我哋枱面上。🙄除服務欠佳外,佢哋食物保持以往的味道,值得推介「芝麻蝦多士」外脆內軟,蝦味同口感唔錯😋;另外豬扒唔乾身,幾 juicy 😋,不過飲品 「桃蜜熱柑桔」就冇咩桃味,柑桔味又唔係咁夠,而環境及衞生都完全冇問題。 continue reading

今日發現芽莊推出weekday lunch套餐,套餐真係幾抵食。午市套餐有Starter,main同飲品$118 Starter選擇牛肉丸湯雖然牛丸糖細細碗,但估唔到牛丸又幾好食喎,唔單止有肉味又有肉汁,而且幾 彈牙,加埋啲香蔥同洋蔥,雖然係清湯,但係味道唔錯。燒牛肉濱海燒牛肉濱海份量十足,燒牛肉燒到好香,肉質軟腍又入味,而且惹味可口,唔會好乾。加上濱海配上酸醋汁,同各種蔬菜,味道很清爽,好適合夏天食。桃蜜熱柑桔呢個熱飲味道酸酸地,唔係好甜,柑桔味幾濃,感覺滋潤。 continue reading

星期五下午係海港城,諗住食芽莊午餐,見餐廳入邊都唔少人食,望海地窗口位滿座,同朋友坐低係走廊位之後,女職員比午餐Menu ,望一望錶2:25,就問女職員會唔會有下午茶,女職員帶啲口音回應有下午茶要2:30,於是我就話等多5分鐘睇埋下午茶餐牌。跟住就睇吓午餐餐牌先,三分鐘之後,2:28個女職員行埋黎,話而家無下午茶,如果要食午餐就依家快啲嗌,如果唔係只得散嗌。我哋覺得好奇怪,一時又話有一時又話冇下午茶,又唔早啲更正返,同埋佢冇笑容,態度欠佳,語氣急促,亦都冇解釋,逼住要人即刻落單。因為太肚餓,咁就即刻求其叫咗午餐牛肉湯粉跟小食炸雞翼同香茅豬扒飯跟魚餅。我的豬扒非常之硬同柴,朋友話牛肉湯粉一般,亦都冇跟到調味配料(辣椒青檸九層塔),之後要再問該女職員拎,佢先黑口黑面拎俾你。另外令人驚奇嘅就係原來佢嘅泰式魚餅,係厚煎鯪魚肉餅,餐飲超級難飲。我諗食過泰式魚餅嘅人都知道,根本就係兩回事,嚴格啲講,佢違反咗商品說明。其實一個餐都$120,咁樣都已經係$240。呢間嘢食唔好食都預咗,其實係人都知佢做遊客一次性生意,唔會有回頭客,但係星期五下晝嚟食飯唔係嚟受你氣,同催促人哋落單。最後都有密切留意該名女職員,外表不像本地人,留意過佢同其他客人對話,應該識講廣東話,有四圍騰工作,但唔明白點解唔解釋(一時話有下午茶一時又話冇)。最後埋單忍唔住問咗一個男職員,佢就話平日係有下午茶,係今日先冇下午茶。老實講,我覺得街邊越南嘢都好食過佢好多。 continue reading

係海港城番工,lunch 🍽️好多好選擇,有時想食好d,會選擇芽莊🌴環境企理舒適👍、食物有水準😋,價錢合理,lunch 有 set, 有小食main course同埋一杯嘢飲小食:雞翼Main course : 生熟牛河飲品: 凍錫蘭檸檬茶 連加一合共$130雞翼 🐔:有驚喜,外脆內滑,夠味,不過就油咗少少生熟牛河🐮: 牛肉幾滑,湯夠香濃檸檬茶 :正常發揮🍹唯獨係幫襯過幾次,都覺得服務員態度很一般,經常無視客人,希望會改進🙂 continue reading
