Restaurant: Little Fish (Kam Ma Building)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 小魚兒好耐冇食過四川菜,今次約咗朋友去到尖沙咀嘅呢間川菜舖,見到餐廳有雞煲、烤魚,種類繁多,店入面仲係咁播韓國k-pop歌,幾有氣氛凌波魚$ 378店名都叫小魚兒,梗係要叫返條烤魚嚟食啦,今次食嘅係凌波魚,魚肉上枱之前用碳火烤過,就算上枱都仲有酒精燈保持溫度,一整條凌波魚網絡都幾大條,魚肉肉質結實香口,配料揀選咗老壇酸菜豆花,所以入面有好多酸菜、豆芽、寬粉、青瓜片、豆腐等配料,辣度同麻度雖然已經叫咗BB辣同BB麻,但係其實都好夠味。本身魚肉索曬酸菜嘅香味,想食返多啲蔬菜所以就叫咗油麥菜($38)同娃娃菜($38),煮多耐些浸多陣就好入味,特別係娃娃菜食落仲帶有清甜味,真係唔錯

凌波魚$ 378
