尖沙咀鬧市中地舖中開左一間新omakase餐廳,今日慶祝朋友生日,訂左兩位晚上omakase!店內唔大,只有10個座位,侍應對每位客人都細心照顧。當晚唔多人,師傅同左我地講好多野,介紹每一道菜既做法、食物既產地,過程中又欣賞到佢既技藝,所以omakase貴在除左食物好食、食材矜貴外,重要既係同師傅既交流,欣賞佢對食物既堅持,對藝術既追求,事實上每一件食物都好似藝術品咁!我揀左幾款心水既介紹比大家:先附 (抹茶豆腐、天婦羅魚春、水雲)抹茶豆腐作為前菜,一開始感到有少少奇怪,以為係甜品,但食落口,先有淡淡的抹茶味,後勁有豆腐濃濃嘅豆香,令人耳目一新!水雲係藻類,食落口黏黏稠稠,有少少酸酸地。再加上天婦羅魚春,先附有齊不同味道,不同口感,真係好有驚喜。北海道粒貝呢種貝類好特別,爽口清甜,亦有淡淡海水味,配左檸檬汁同海鹽令貝味更出。秋刀魚壽司呢度做法不用一般既鹽醋漬,改用新鮮上,加上特切法,完成品好靚!中拖羅壽司拖羅配鹽第一次食,少少鹽既咸香中和拖羅肥膩嘅感覺,出奇地配合。其他魚類樣樣都好新鮮,師傅工功精準,壽司飯恰到好處,總體嚟講,呢個omakase都幾值得去!

我揀左幾款心水既介紹比大家:
先附 (抹茶豆腐、天婦羅魚春、水雲)
抹茶豆腐作為前菜,一開始感到有少少奇怪,以為係甜品,但食落口,先有淡淡的抹茶味,後勁有豆腐濃濃嘅豆香,令人耳目一新!水雲係藻類,食落口黏黏稠稠,有少少酸酸地。再加上天婦羅魚春,先附有齊不同味道,不同口感,真係好有驚喜。
