Omakase食瀨尿蝦真係第一次!黎自北海道既瀨尿蝦十分鮮甜彈牙!香甜無花果夾埋鮮嫩爽脆既冰菜一齊食,口感特別。方形碟仔裝住既係湯葉,即豆漿加熱時表面所形成既一層薄膜。口感滑溜而且豆味濃郁。

師傅慢煮八爪魚,肉質格外軟嫩彈牙,配上柚子胡椒汁特別開胃。蘿蔔燜到清甜透心,好入味。

金目鯛
口感細膩,油脂同鮮味並重。

黑北寄貝
肉質鮮甜爽口,有嚼頭。

備長炭中拖羅
中拖羅用左海藻鹽調味,油脂豐富,魚味濃厚。師傅再以備長炭炙燒,令鹹香鮮味更突出。

鰤魚
呢款係時令魚,亦係高級魚種。鰤魚肉質緊緻,口感細嫩,脂肪飽滿。

黑鯥魚
產量稀少屬於高級食材,通常係較高級既日本料理先食得到。肉質鮮甜,彈牙滑嫩,油脂豐富。

係我最期待既海膽手卷♥️,今次有幸試到北海道根室馬糞海膽😍!顏色偏橙黃色,味道濃郁十分鮮甜,完全冇腥味!口感豐腴綿密,入口即溶!滿滿幸福感。

師傅用左大量魚熬製而成,魚湯呈奶白色,十分鮮甜。

What a surprisingly nice and worth-trying restaurant in TST which offers good Omakase I enjoy the dinner so much !!! We ate for 1.5 hrs… so jeng 😍 . Worth to give it a try. 👍🏻 The only environment! When I pass by Tst, I find this restaurant super nice , it’s omakase !!! My favourite! And the food is so fresh 👍🏻First comes to this 冰菜,無花果,瀨尿蝦😝 so yummy and fresh . Love the shrimp 🍤 so much .Second , love this fresh ! Perfect match with onion 🧅 sauce ! A bit sweet and love it 😍 就算食完都唔會口臭,好快就冇咗蒜味👍🏻
