To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平安夜同老公兩個人去了尖沙咀食餐平平地既晚餐,這間和味主要以燒味,廣東小菜及越南菜為主,款式甚多,而且地方寬敞,適合一家大細幫襯。生牛肉湯河牛骨湯底濃郁清甜,河粉幼滑,生牛肉份量頗多,肉質有咬口,加上香料調味,帶點微辣清香。咖哩牛腩煲配蒜蓉多士牛腩炆得又腍又入味,入口腩肉鬆化,還有些入口溶化的牛筋,薯仔炆至軟身,以香脆的蒜蓉包配咖哩簡直一流。法式牛油雞翼雞翼外層炸至金黃香脆,帶有淡淡的牛油香味,雞翼保留肉汁不會炸得太乾。
