餐廳環境格局就像平時食Omakase,坐位不多就只有6個,師父親切一個人打理,只會日語及少量英文,主打日本懷石料理,但會因應時令食材有所改變今次試咗 $880 Omakase前菜5款盛合:都係一啲日式開胃前菜,沙律、炸魚仔、菌類等配上不同醬汁及酸汁,中間係鮮甜巨峰提子刺身5款盛合:會有時令刺身,當日係鮮甜帶子及牡丹蝦,仲有鯛魚、拖羅等燒魚:會見到師父在爐上燒煮北寄貝,在殼上加入清湯去烹調,北寄貝入口鮮甜爽口,連熱湯都好鮮味無窮煮物三款:有我最愛又夠奶滑嘅白子,海膽凍豆腐,而豆腐有種鹹香味,另外會再配上一件燒魚壽司肉類:係用上比較香濃麵豉醬配上和牛,會在香葉上輕燒,和牛沾上醬汁比較濃而偏鹹了一點,仲有大大粒福果在內溫菜:個球比較似薯仔蓉,入口好粉嫩微甜,面上有鮮甜松葉蟹腳,仲有餚住白蘿蔔飯食:係高湯波菜麵,個麵都幾爽口彈牙甜品:蕨餅、青提子及紅豆蓉蛋糕整體比較似小店形式,同埋師父上菜速度比較快,但都見到食材有心思
