🏡Enchanté (尖沙咀)📍尖沙咀金巴利道40號MW Plaza地舖💁🏻♀️尖沙咀諾士佛台附近開咗間新餐廳,主打法國菜🇫🇷,路過一定會見過,因為佢有條十分打卡嘅樓梯♟️!好多路人行過都會係門口影入去🤭🚪門口有一排位置以酒吧形式設計🍷🥂🍹,而入去到就好似入咗個冰洞穴咁🧊,燈光仲會隨時間變色🚨。🧑🏻經理Joey 好好咁為我地安排咗個半圓sofa位🛋️,所以整個體驗都即時加咗分!🎖️我地坐果個位置有個超巨型嘅Culti 香薰🪭,全晚都沉浸於果種香氣當中,搞到我都想擺番個係屋企提升格調!🪄🛋️成個餐廳只有兩個半圓sofa位,所以如果餐飯係為咗慶祝/慶生🎊就記得要先book定位,仲要指明要安排sofa位啦!體驗值真係會即時倍加🤫📓餐廳暫時都只有a la crate 餐牌,未有套餐menu!💰💰不過價錢都算經濟,所以自己散叫砌一個 full set dinner 出黎都未算太貴! 🤔🔅Appetizers 🔹Iberico Ham (48 months) $23048 個月嘅西班牙黑毛豬風乾火腿!過往都只係食過最耐36 個月,48 個月都係第一次!質感係比較一般18 個月果啲比較挺身紮實,食橡果長大嘅

48 個月嘅西班牙黑毛豬風乾火腿!過往都只係食過最耐36 個月,48 個月都係第一次!質感係比較一般18 個月果啲比較挺身紮實,食橡果長大嘅豬仔係需要多啲月份令油脂風乾。而味道相對濃郁好多,after taste 幾重,但咸味就少啲。 自己就更加鐘意直接食嘅味道,可以細味深一層啲。 有食開Parma Ham 的話必叫!

食多幾道菜你會發現主廚好喜歡加上一片自家製脆餅做裝修。每次都有唔同形狀,唔同嘅顏色!雖然主廚表示無特殊意義,但真係好靚,好有心機!
呢道前菜好出色!
唔好睇佢個樣以為得煙三文魚呀!其實佢仲有兩大舊白雪雪嘅法國Baby Eel !! 佢個樣平平無奇,但一放入口真係無得輸,佢個煙熏味重到不得了,同埋油脂平衡,after taste 強到不得了,要慢慢品嚐!

呢個Penne 做到Al dente 口感!大讚!
用上新鮮黑松露片所以氣味極為濃香!
白醬汁嘅濃稠程度做得剛剛好,可以完美地沾滿每一條直通粉,食到最後唔會有多餘嘅汁留低!所以每一啖味道都非常濃!
