平時行過尖沙咀旁都見到一排酒吧餐廳,但從未試過,今日就約左朋友試下其中一間,呢間餐廳主要係食越南菜。Pho Bo Beaf呢個菜式入面有一大條燒過既牛骨髓,中間既骨髓入口即溶又香口,亦配有牛肉薄片,仲有河粉,河粉質地非常煙韌,湯底唔會太濃味。steamed red snapper with spicy Thai Garlic chili & lemon grass呢個菜式份量十分大,一條好大條既紅鯛魚。用左好多唔同配料香料,食落十分惹味。魚肉大大舊,鮮嫩多汁。DIYdiy其實就係用米紙包左d配料入去而成既菜式,配有生菜、菠蘿、米粉餅、蒜粒、青瓜可以自己diy包黎食,另外仲有酸甜醬,少少辣。成個菜都好有特色。Morning Glory呢款姐係炒通菜,用左蒜頭辣椒炒話爆香,食落香口 ,通菜爽脆。榴連糯米飯配椰子雪糕頂上有榴連蓉,之後就係榴槤雪糕同椰子雪糕,榴槤味極濃,椰子雪糕亦充滿淡淡椰子味,最底層就係糯米飯,成個配塔都好夾,值得一試。Mango silk sling呢款cocktails十分有特色飲落好香芒果味之後帶點椰子味,酒精味唔太濃。Citrus splash呢款係冇酒精係梳打製成

diy其實就係用米紙包左d配料入去而成既菜式,配有生菜、菠蘿、米粉餅、蒜粒、青瓜可以自己diy包黎食,另外仲有酸甜醬,少少辣。成個菜都好有特色。
