呢間尖沙咀嘅日式居酒屋,食物選擇好多,價錢合理。嗰日我哋食到夜晚10點都仲有好多人,原來餐廳收凌晨兩點,唔同其他餐廳九點幾已經last order趕住閂門,呢度就可以慢慢食😎首先係炙燒左口魚裙邊6切$58,左口魚炙燒後魚油更豐富,口感嫩滑。A4黑毛和牛壽喜燒配野菜豆腐盤$428就係今晚嘅重點!A4和牛嘅油花分佈均勻,入口即溶,好正🤤配埋新鮮嘅野菜同豆腐,份量都幾多,夠哂兩個人分享。其他小食方面,櫻花蝦柚子味噌燒飯團$28,燒得香脆。軟殼蟹天婦羅$68炸得金黃香脆,唔會太油膩;芝麻雞翼$38香脆惹味,芝麻味突出。串燒方面,我哋叫咗明太子厚揚串$35,明太子醬鹹香惹味;柚子鹽黑豚肉串$28,黑豚肉肉質唔錯;明太子雞捧$28同鹽燒雞翼$28都做得唔錯,調味剛好,唔會太鹹。另外,汁燒16寸日本大魷魚筒$108真係份量十足,魷魚燒得鮮嫩彈牙,汁燒嘅味道濃郁,但係唔會蓋過魷魚嘅鮮味。最後嘅甜品叫咗燒菠蘿$28,菠蘿燒得香甜,帶有焦糖嘅香味。
