To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

星期日夜係尖沙咀晚搵左間樓上西餐廳同佢慶祝生日。餐廳座位寛敝, 店內掛滿聖誕裝飾, 好有節日氣氛。首先係用餐前送上三款自家製麵包, 配上牛油和香橙果醬, 其中牛角包烘過更酥脆。前菜揀左火炙半熟三文魚伴紫蘇莎莎, 三文魚外層輕輕燒過, 入面保番住三文魚鮮味, 肉質嫩滑, 配搭新鮮沙律菜和酸甜既莎莎醬, 相當開胃。美國頂級西冷肉質軟滑牛味濃, 外表煎得香脆有微微碳香味, 食落好juicy。最後甜品食左朱古力心太軟, 佢焗至外脆內軟, 切開有流心朱古力, 配上雲呢拿雪糕, 味道更佳。今晚食物質素唔錯, 朋友成晚食得好開心。
