Restaurant: The Wall Street Bar & Lounge

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我地早黎仲有happy hour,好抵飲!我試咗佢嘅Cocktail,賣相好掂,亦都好好飲,唔輸出邊Cocktail Bar質素👏🏽二人餐就$598,勁多野食,有湯、前菜、主菜同埋嘢飲,份量都幾多~我哋就唔係食得晒,勁飽!餐湯係黑松露蘑菇湯,一上枱已經好香蘑菇味飲落口就係唔係Creamy嗰款,我幾鍾意飲✌🏼跟住個前菜份量,我哋真係嚇一跳,應該就係a la carte嘅份量🤭鵝肝薯仔千層,好好食,個鵝肝煮嘅生熟度啱啱好,入口即溶🥹個薯仔千層批表面嗰層好香口,一齊食既層次好豐富👍🏼另一款前菜就係牛油果燒牛肉他他,特別嘅係佢嘅他他係蕃茄模仿牛肉粒,中間就係一層燒牛肉再上面有好大舊牛油果😆食落幾清新開胃👍🏼主菜我哋就嗌咗香草忌廉蟹肉risotto,好creamy 既sauce,蟹肉真係拆出嚟嘅,新鮮蟹肉好鮮甜👏🏽好食!另一款就叫咗慢煮M4澳洲肉眼扒,牛肉嘅質感好嫩,好香肉味,好大份😂
