輕輕鬆鬆星期一,行完K11商場,系附近搵嘢食先,喺棉登徑有好多餐廳選擇,見到嵐山日本料理門口好有日本餐廳feel,就入去試吓先,入到去餐廳裝修好似日本料理感覺,座位闊落,set lunch都 有16個選擇,我地想食魚生,因為魚生可以試到間餐廳食物質素及新鮮度,F花魚生飯$148(三文魚,帆立貝,油甘魚,牡丹蝦,白身魚,赤身,三文魚籽)有成咁多款材料非常豐富又吸引,樣樣刺身都好新鮮,尤其是牡丹蝦好大隻好鮮味,前菜方面仲有沙律,沙律感覺好田野清新,麵豉湯,而蒸蛋方面,蛋好骨身,而且料好豐富有冬姑片,雞肉及日本魚蛋,除咗滑身之外仲食到淡淡清酒清香,出邊邊有咁多料,用心製作,海苆條爽口味道適中,另外一款,嵐山曰替便當🍱$168;份量都相當豐富,刺身有三文魚,油金魚,甜蝦各兩件,非常新鮮丶睇相也睇到晶凝通透,不用解釋,卷物系甜🦐吞拿魚腩卷兩件,值得一讚,卷物內系切到幼細既青瓜c配上鮮美既吞拿魚腩,口感一軟一爽,好正,燒三文魚扒,size 算大件,而且燒得吾乾,掌握得好,食到三文魚嘅计,炸物吉列海鮮,有蠔、大蝦,日本魚蛋,炸粉漿好薄身,炸得好脆身,而且夠晒鮮味,甜品係雪糕,有三款口味提供:綠茶、芝
