我和朋友約好在尖沙咀厚福街晚餐,我們選擇一間人氣的日本串燒店,上到餐廳後,我們一進門就被店裡的氣氛所吸引,裝潢充滿日本風味氣氛,而店員服務非常好,也有足夠人手,食物送上來也很快有效率。吃串燒一定要選飲品,朋友喝無酒精,我就小酌一番,她喝的是巨峰乳酸,份量很足很解喝,我喝的是淺澗梅酒,小小的杯子很別緻,梅酒味道很香濃,梅味突出。第一道菜來的是日本生蠔-赤崎蠔,這是我們第一次品嚐試這種生蠔,它差不多有手掌那麼大,肉厚而CREAMY,咬下去先嚐到淡淡海水味,之後就嚐到它的甜味,蠔香剛剛好。店名反映燒鳥是名物,於是我們也選了不少不同雞的部位,首先是燒雞全翼,雞翼是最能考到師傅的基本功,它燒到皮脆肉嫩,雞肉鮮嫩。而雞胃袋和雞冠則是罕有部位,雞胃袋味道口感則像雞腎和雞潤的混合體,雞冠則有點煙韌,咬下去像軟骨,很有趣。豚肉方面,我們選了白金豚腩和豚肉茘枝卷,白金豚腩燒到金黃色香噴噴非常吸引,店員提示必須襯熱盡快吃,一口咬下去,腩肉的油脂和豚肉的香氣在口中爆發,而豚肉茘枝卷特別之處是荔枝用上新鮮荔枝,沒有那死甜味,多了荔枝香氣,果香可以平衡肉膩。吃了多道肉的燒烤後,便吃素菜類,燒明太子厚揚是燒豆腐,比

而燒菠蘿可以當作是甜品,它掃上一層糖漿燒至焦糖脆,加上甜香的菠蘿肉,清一清口腔的味道。

另一道甜品是芝麻燒湯丸,咬下去軟軟QQ的,爆出濃郁的芝麻漿,芝麻湯丸的變奏版。
