今晚同老婆去了尖沙咀厚福街搵食,其中一棟商廈有很多日本菜,今次就揀了這間鳥鑫食串燒,餐廳有多款不同部份的雞串燒,另外都有牛肉、豬肉及海鮮等,當然不少得啤酒及清酒等,啤酒全日買二送一。雞蠔肉肉質鮮嫩多汁,燒至雞皮香脆及滲出雞油香味。雞肩肉比較爽口,而且有陣陣油脂甘香。雞子燒至表面香脆,中間爆汁。雞冠又脆又有咬口。白鱔皮脆肉嫩,肉質緊緻彈牙,十分新鮮。厚切牛舌表面焦香味十足,中間還保留肉汁,爽彈多汁。豆腐燒至表面香脆中間嫩滑。白菌入口爆汁,味道濃郁。翠玉瓜爽脆多汁。雞頸爽口又有雞油香。

明太子落得一啲都唔吝嗇,入口係滿滿的咸香。雞油渣好香口,令枝豆味道更上一層樓。
