放工都成10點,飯就食唔落,所以黎飲酒~朋友已經坐定定等我,一嚟到就有新鮮野菜條,配上微辣嘅麵豉醬,清潔一下味蕾。嚟到居酒屋梗係要飲啤酒,黑啤白啤唔知點樣揀,我全部都要啊,京姬梅子酒,香香嘅梅子酒仲有果肉,啱晒女仔呀。朋友就要了一杯黑白啤啦,反正買一送一,點飲都得!先嚟嘅有珍珠番薯仔、青椒仔同埋新鮮蘆筍,師傅控制火候均勻,燒得來仍然保持住蔬菜入邊嘅水份。雞油渣炒枝豆,又係呢間店嘅特色,佐酒一流。煙燻鹿兒島豬腩,先試原味,然後沾酸汁再吃,享受截然不同的味道。免治雞肉棒啖啖肉有咬口,雞肉棒本身已經沾上特製醬油,再沾上橙紅色嘅雞蛋,實在太好味,忍唔住一啖接一啖。封門牛柳居然係夾住啲大蔥一齊燒,一口牛又一口蔥,田園feel頗堪玩味。食到咁上下一杯啤酒就梗係唔夠啦,唔該我地要多杯三得利生啤。鹽燒鵪鶉腿肉,皮脆肉嫩,肉質爽滑彈牙。白鱔又脆又彈牙,雞下腿就好似脆卜卜炸雞一樣,啖啖肉,有咬口,一個字正呀。明太子長芋,明太子厚揚絕對值得推介,喺其他串燒店都少見,鹹香嘅明太子搽上新鮮嘅蔬菜度,口感同味道都係一流。燒雞翼,我鍾意食。雞全翼叉開好似一支槍咁樣,皮燒到金黃色,送啤酒一流。最後,鹽燒白鱔和雞腎,黎多幾串都唔會嫌多。成間居酒屋好有氣氛,食食下真係會唔到口,越點越多。但一定食得好盡興!!! continue reading

今晚約朋友來到這間鳥鑫食串燒,最鍾意坐吧枱,可以睇到師傅即燒串燒,仲可以跟師傅溝通。餐廳主打雞串燒,全部都醃得入味,見師傅燒既時候只係輕輕灑上鹽花。今日師傅介紹了幾款餐牌都未有的串燒。有十分刁鑽部位的雞掌心及雞腿根。前者口感軟嫩,有嚼勁,後者則外皮鬆化,入口爽脆,煙煙韌韌,十分惹味。另外燒台式墨魚腸都是新的,墨魚粒跟豬肉混入墨魚汁做成,口感扎實彈牙。另外最鍾意大大條免治雞肉棒,有雞軟骨口感,而且外脆內嫩,配上蘭王蛋一齊食,肉質更滑。雞胸紫蘇葉及雞柳柚子,味道比較清新。雞肋肉及雞肩肉,肉質嫩滑。雞蠔肉係雞上髀與雞背之間的一塊圓形肌肉,柔嫩多汁,每隻雞身上只有兩塊。燒銀雪魚,魚肉燒完一樣好嫩滑。燒蔬菜有銀杏,青椒仔,翠玉瓜,蘆筍,白菌等,特別推介櫻花蝦苦瓜。還有推介明太子厚揚,豆腐外面焦脆,裡面滑嫩,配上明太子醬,鹹香味好濃。最後食串燒又點可以沒有啤酒。 continue reading
