心掛掛繼續食日本嘢,今次呢間都多人推薦,就試吓。店內以亭台、花木、石林構成一幅幅風情畫,十分寫意。眼見唔少日本人都嚟食嘢,十分期待😚坐底後店員即供上熱茶同前菜小食比我哋。餐廳有好多特色嘅魚類刺身,係比較少有的。同埋多款和風家庭料理,十分地道。松前昆布漬物$50係松前一個地區最常見嘅漬物,有魚卵、海帶海藻為主製成,加入糖、醋、醬油去醃漬。漬物口感軟嫩,味道鮮甜,帶少少鹹甜風味。小肌刺身$120小肌魚又稱秋刀魚/銀魚,再配搭芥末同醬油。魚肉質鮮嫩,巨豐富油脂感,口感滑順,帶濃郁海洋風味。不過唔太習慣食咁濃郁嘅魚味覺得少少腥🥲🥲深海池魚薄切$280魚肉優質,有油脂,薄片能夠展現佢嘅鮮美口感同濃郁味道👅華味雞翼$96似係鹽燒雞翼,雞肉超多肉汁,十分好味😋三文魚豆腐$88呢道都係十分家常日式小菜,將豆腐表面同三文魚輕炸,夾埋一齊。豆腐炸完都好滑唔乾,好味👍🏻海鰻天婦羅$180海鰻係好少見嘅菜式,外殼薄又酥脆,食到海鰻鮮嫩多汁。口感豐富,好滿足☺️鵝肝大根$100用醬汁熬好嘅大根,好淋又入味,無渣🫢再配上香煎鵝肝,鵝肝嘅油脂加清甜蘿白,新嘗試炒麵$88大阪燒嘅味道👅有好多椰菜、木魚絲、芽菜、紅子薑等

用醬汁熬好嘅大根,好淋又入味,無渣🫢再配上香煎鵝肝,鵝肝嘅油脂加清甜蘿白,新嘗試



炒麵$88
大阪燒嘅味道👅有好多椰菜、木魚絲、芽菜、紅子薑等炒埋一碟,份量都多㗎
