Restaurant: Little Fish (Kam Ma Building)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 午餐來到尖沙咀金馬倫道16號金馬大廈1樓小魚兒。環境地方寬敞,坐得幾舒服,真係好適合朋友聚會,邊食邊吹水。菜式種類都幾多,包括烤魚、雞煲、BBQ燒烤、小食和甜品等等。午市仲有午餐客飯,價錢由$41起,熱飲+$2,凍飲+$3,真係超值抵食。雞煲半隻(BB辣)$168店員上菜時,話我知需要加熱等四分鐘,加熱時已經聞到香噴噴。雞肉鮮嫩惹味,配料有大量芫茜和洋蔥,湯汁濃郁,辣味剛好。食完雞煲加啲雞湯,仲可以繼續打邊爐。鮮腐竹$33,豆味香濃,入口滑溜。蓮藕片$36,清新爽口,而且份量都幾多。蒜香牛油燒扇貝(2隻)$38扇貝肉質鮮味,加入大量牛油和蒜蓉,惹味又好食。燒白鱔$66,白鱔燒到外皮香脆,加咗燒汁,帶來絕佳嘅味道。甜品:炸雙皮奶(沙律醬)$43炸雙皮奶外脆內軟,配埋沙律醬,完美組合。飲品:竹蔗茅根$38竹蔗茅根有清熱作用,味道清甜。檸檬可樂$26新鮮嘅檸檬加上可樂,清爽不膩。
