Restaurant: The Yuu Japanese Dining

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 收工同朋友仔去咗尖沙咀覓食,揀咗呢一間環境幾精緻嘅日式居酒屋。Uni Tuna Sushi海膽金槍魚壽司入口細膩,海膽的鮮甜伴隨金槍魚肉的柔嫩,兩者的搭配恰到好處,很不錯。Seafood salad 這道沙律以多樣的海鮮為主角,搭配清新的沙律菜和微酸的和風醬汁。海鮮的鮮味得以保留,沒有過多加工,讓食材的原味得到了很好的展現,挺開胃的。Deep fried beancurd in soup炸豆腐吸飽了高湯的鮮味,外層的炸衣仍然保有些許酥脆感。豆腐本身的口感細膩柔軟,搭配湯底的溫潤,給人一種舒心的感覺。Fresh fruit tea餐後我們再叫了鮮果茶一起分享,果茶帶著自然的果香與微酸的口感。水果的新鮮度令人滿意,茶香也恰到好處,既不過於濃烈,也不失層次感,而且有持續加熱,適合最近寒冷的天氣。一遊 (尖沙咀)尖沙咀諾士佛臺1號4樓
