今日黎到尖沙咀棉登徑嘅居酒屋焱丸水產,內部裝修都幾地道日本feel,今次叫左幾樣野食1. 芝士蟹肉甲羅燒:入面有蟹膏、蟹籽、鵪鶉蛋、芝士、蟹肉等,即場燒,燒嘅時候,聞到d香味都流晒口水,食落口感豐富又唔膩,正呀2. 鮑魚殼燒:鮑魚肉質鮮嫩,經過燒後更加香口,外面微微焦香,內裡鮮甜,每一啖都好有彈性,又唔會韌3. 三文魚牛油果油酢漬:三文魚新鮮嫩滑,牛油果嘅酸甜味道同三文魚嘅鮮味非常夾,油酢漬又帶出啲清新嘅風味,食完非常開胃4. 帶子磯燒:帶子肉質鮮甜味美,燒得啱啱好,咬落夠晒爽口5. 醬油木魚帆立殼燒:帆立貝夠新鮮,醬油同木魚嘅組合帶出左帆立貝嘅鮮味,每一啖都好滿足6. 銀雪魚西京燒:銀雪魚肉質鮮美,燒得啱啱好,外皮酥脆,內裡肉質緊實嫩滑,唔駛點醬都已經好好食7. 三文魚中卷:三文魚卷包住新鮮嘅蔬菜同牛油果,一口咬落去,口感豐富,令人食指大動8. 鯛魚刺身:鯛魚肉質鮮嫩,一d都唔腥,刺身切得厚薄適中,鮮甜嘅味道充滿口腔,正呀9. 赤貝刺身:赤貝鮮嫩,切成薄片後,帶有微微的甜味,口感鮮美整體黎講,餐廳食物質素非常過,而且坐得舒服服務又好,好岩放工黎happyhour,飲返幾杯食下野
