FD黎香港旅行,指定要試哩間火焰火鍋,咁一早book定台啦。餐廳裝修得古香古色,除咗火鍋,仲提供數款串燒同小菜。美國安格斯牛小排,串燒火候唔錯,牛小排表面焦香,內裡juice,用咗醬烤方式烤制,同牛小排好夾。火焰花甲蟹鍋,哩個鍋底係今晚主菜,用咗一整只新鮮花蟹同埋大量花甲烹製。侍應會係面前炒熟鍋底,之後落咗白酒點火,用火焰對海鮮進行二次烹飪。宜家食海鮮正當季,海鮮新鮮肉質飽滿好鮮甜。用海鮮煲制嘅湯底,飲落都特別清甜。水晶滑牛,新鮮牛肉厚切,撈埋雞蛋一齊下入湯底。微燙已經可以食,牛肉肉質軟嫩牛味十足。手打蝦丸(半份)同午餐肉,FD嘅最愛,蝦丸彈牙爽口,午餐肉伴有碎碎肉粒。皇帝菜,分量都幾多下,皇帝菜新鮮鮮甜,佢獨特嘅香味同海鮮鍋底好夾。稻庭烏冬,烏冬質素唔錯,煮幾耐都好有韌性。烏冬嗦曬湯底滋味,食到停唔落口。
