To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 念念不忘這間蒸海鮮餐廳「蟹仙」，位於尖沙咀最緊要夠晒方便，價錢也相當合理，尊貴海鮮套餐食足8款海鮮折完$449全部每日新鮮到貨，海鮮質素好好，透過猛火蒸氣更加食到原汁原味，掌握最佳蒸煮時間，熱騰騰上，避免平時食海鮮，轉頭就凍晒風味大減，呢度有專人幫手，我淨係負責食就得啦當日就揀咗以下嘅海鮮海鮮：野生膏仔蟹/韓國釜山鰻魚/野生琵琶龍蝦/台灣九孔鮑魚/大西洋野生青口/韓國斧山珍珠蠔/黃金翡翠螺/蟹黃大元貝雖然比起平時價錢相宜，質素一樣咁高，encore 仲可以優惠價加購，最愛當然係鮮甜彈牙的琵琶龍蝦，多膏好飽滿，大元貝非常好厚肉加上自家製蟹黃醬，味道更加惹味，好味完全唔需要醬油！店家大推的「菲律賓膏仔蟹」，香港只有數間海鮮批發商可以取到貨，所以很難得可以吃得到，蟹膏呈綠色相當豐腴，鮮味濃，食到海鮮的原味！最後嘅粥，集合海鮮汁精華！加上芋頭、豬骨、粟米、菜脯及蔥等，配料咁多差啲食唔晒，最後再食甜品「椰汁雪燕」，真材實料又唔會太甜，大家都好滿意👍—————————————————蟹仙海鮮私房．蒸氣石碢 (環海大廈) (尖沙咀)尖沙咀天文台圍2號環海大廈2期地舖
