食過嵐橋丼飯幾次都覺得好好食,今次就試下嵐橋日本料理,居酒屋格局,氣氛更加chill!呢晚就特登過嚟食餐好,順便慶祝下XD和風刺身沙律 ($118 )沙律色彩繽紛鮮艷,令人胃口大開!刺身種類好多,有三文魚、牡丹蝦、吞拿魚、油甘魚、三文魚子等,沙律菜新鮮爽脆,配搭酸酸地嘅醋汁、香甜嘅粟米粒、爽脆嘅蟹籽,非常清新醒胃!份量亦好多,好抵食!刺身拼盤揀咗幾款時令刺身:中拖羅($158)、鯖魚($98)、鮫鰈魚($88)及真鯛($96),師傅才一下子功夫就將刺身鋪到精緻吸引!鮫鰈有兩食,先試下原味,鮫鰈刺身味道清雅,肉質細緻。鮫鰈邊則肥美非常,微微火炙後將魚油全部迫出,魚油甘香,入口即溶!中拖羅嘅油脂分佈雖然唔太密佈,但魚味濃厚,入口無筋。鯖魚魚皮用火炙至焦香後,魚味更加濃縮,加上香蔥及芝麻,非常惹味!真鯛晶瑩剔透,魚味鮮甜,師傅在魚身𠝹成割痕,更添口感!壽司拼盤揀咗幾款壽司:赤身($84/2)、深海池魚($96/2)及金目鯛($176/2)。赤身魚味濃郁,肉質柔軟綿密,用料新鮮!深海池魚口感紮實,金目鯛配上蘿蔔蓉更有提鮮之效。串燒薩摩赤雞腿肉($34)、鹿兒島黑豚五花腩($38)、雞胸軟骨($

薩摩赤雞腿肉($34)、鹿兒島黑豚五花腩($38)、雞胸軟骨($32)、安格斯牛柳粒($68)。估唔到串燒都水準唔錯,火候控制恰到好處,調味亦唔會太鹹太濃味,牛柳粒串燒仲保留肉汁,好juicy添!
