今晚和媽媽來到尖沙咀Le Paradis吃法國菜餐廳有室外和室內可供選擇,因為天氣寒冷,我們選了在室內用餐。但發現大家都喜歡選擇室外,可能是感覺比較開放!室內也不錯,環境寧靜,幽暗的環境中有設計優美的枱燈,閃閃發光挺有氣氛的,非常適合情侶來用餐!餐包也不馬虎,熱烘烘出爐又香脆!前菜是香煎珍寶帶子拌黑松露油珍寶帶子果然非常大隻,豐厚的肉身極富彈性,味道鮮味甘甜!白酒牛油汁煮紐西蘭托托蜆本身覺得價錢都幾貴,但上枱之後發現超大隻!肉質鮮甜,而且大隻無沙有咬口!超滿足,推薦!黑松露蘑菇湯呢款蘑菇湯非常足料好喝的,再加上黑松露醬的香氣,濃郁菇菌味倍增!面頭有忌廉拉花,飲帶點奶香,味道較清淡,不會很膩,愛菇的我感覺非常不錯!脆法包片上面還有幾顆小蘑菇,賣相非常精緻。法式龍蝦湯這款味道較濃郁,龍蝦鮮味突出,但唔會過鹹,法包片上有龍蝦肉碎,令人覺得滿足。味道比較適合重口味嘅朋友。法國菜食主菜之前會有個雪芭讓大家清一清味蕾今晚係青蘋果雪芭,味道酸甜開胃,充滿蘋果香氣,還有一些蘋果肉,口感近似雪糕,又比沙冰細緻,味道清新自然,吃完馬上清除口腔嘅餘味!法式蒜香焗乳豬拌威士忌蘋果平時除咗食中菜,真係好少點乳豬

平時除咗食中菜,真係好少點乳豬,今次第一次食法國菜嘅乳豬,估唔到咁有驚喜!
首先佢唔會好似中式咁烤到好鹹,簡單嘅調味,反而食到乳豬嘅原汁原味!
外皮焗得非常鬆脆,肉質依然嫩滑鮮美,與香軟鮮甜的紫薯蓉同吃非常匹配!!
旁邊配嘅乳豬醬甜甜的可以減少油膩感
點解佢哋可以整到咁好食!!!
好食到覺得以後點食出面啲乳豬><~

呢款係色香味俱全嘅一道菜色!平常除咗韓式烤雞,我是不吃雞皮的,但這道燒春雞的皮卻非常透薄,零肥膩感,重點口感超香脆!沒有過多調味,雞皮味道帶點鹹香,配上黑松露忌廉醬真是一流!而肉質口感就嫩滑纖細,鮮嫩多汁,可稱得上是完美的烤雞!雞肉細心地分開四舊,大部份骨都已經去咗,食嘅時候非常方便!啖啖肉嘅滋味真係無得頂。

又一個驚喜之作!平時法式餐廳嘅甜品都係一小個,呢款嘅份量真係超滿足!
即點即燒,焦糖嘅份量剛好配搭整個燉蛋!外面是脆焦糖外殼,香脆甜蜜,而且有點厚度,裏面的奶油布丁非常軟滑,外熱內冷,外脆內軟,對比鮮明,好耐無食過咁好食嘅焦糖燉蛋,真係令人一試難忘。

呢個係一壺壺上,可以沖到三杯,飲完店員仲會主動幫你加熱水。茶壺係雙層式設計,吾會熱到隻手,非常細心!
薑味非常突出,但有蜂蜜調味,所以唔會好似激,而且浸耐啲仲有檸檬嘅酸甜,多重味覺享受,感覺非常不錯!
