Restaurant: Hong Kong Old Restaurant

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 香港老飯店呢個名,未食過都聽過!咁啱有朋友返咗香港,又想食返啲中菜,於是就把握呢個機會去試吓呢間老字號🥢 因為係星期五夜晚食,所以我哋都有特登打去book定位,唔知係咪因為有book枱,所以安排咗我哋坐喺房入面,環境比較寧靜,幾啱幾個人食飯傾偈! 合桃燻蛋 3隻 ($114)無錫脆鱔 ($160)清炒蝦仁 ($298)蔥爆牛肉 ($148)火腿津白 ($138)酸辣湯(例)($148)小籠包(10隻)($140)豆沙鍋餅 ($150)酒釀丸子 ($60) 我哋五個人食,都嗌咗唔少餸,所以就唔逐一講啦,但整體嚟講,佢哋嘅嘢食好有質素,對得住個價錢。有幾款菜式特別值得推介! 合桃燻蛋 佢哋嘅燻蛋係逐隻咁嗌嘅,仲會幫我哋開邊,所以我哋五個人嗌三隻就夠啦。燻蛋嘅煙燻味唔算好濃,係有少少可惜,但蛋黃呈流心狀,食落有啲似食溏心蛋,口感唔錯。而最好食嘅我反而覺得係佢嘅琥珀合桃,食落甜度啱啱好,而且糖衣脆口,合桃鬆化,好好食,食到停唔到🥰 清炒蝦仁🍤🦐蝦仁雖然細細隻,但佢哋都處理得好乾淨,每粒望落白雪雪,食落爽口彈牙,唔霉唔腥,味道偏清淡,可以食到蝦仁嘅鮮甜,餸飯一流! 小籠包 🥟佢哋嘅小籠包真係好好

佢哋嘅小籠包真係好好食,皮薄餡靚,加上用嘅豬肉肥瘦剛剛好,唔會太瘦而嚡熠熠,最重要真係好多湯汁!

豆沙鍋餅 🥧
呢份豆沙窩餅都叫相當貴,但份量亦都相當足,而且好食嘅!紅豆蓉非常之細滑,食落唔膩,而窩餅嘅外層香脆,如果多人一齊share嗌呢個啱晒!

非常推介大家同屋企人嚟呢度食飯,老人家一定會幾鍾意❤️
