最近去咗間中菜館羲和雅苑,私隱度高,連個茶都係係桂花烏龍茶,飲落清香溫潤🍵佢係一間北京菜館,主打片皮烤鴨,但好可惜當日個爐維修食唔到佢哋嘅招牌菜而留下些少違憾。於是乎叫咗黃扒魚肚,啲魚肚肥厚彈牙,燜煮到入味,每一啖都係滿滿嘅膠質,配埋濃郁嘅上湯,簡直係極品享受!😋一品賽蟹黃個蟹黃醬香濃得嚟又唔會太漏,食落層次感十足!至於宮保帶子就炒得香脆夠鑊氣,帶子新鮮彈牙,配埋香脆花生,香辣開胃🙂↕️京式小籠包偏細隻但依然皮薄餡靚,一啖咬落湯汁四溢,個餡料多汁!最後嗰個籠仔櫻花蝦海味蒸飯都ok,海味香氣撲鼻,完美收官!✨
