這間位於尖沙咀的【秋田鐵板燒刺身專門店】,主打日式鐵板燒,晚市除了有單點外,還有一人及二人套餐供應,豐儉由人。季節沙律沙律菜新鮮爽脆又開胃。魚籽鵝肝蒸蛋魚籽的鮮味及鵝肝的油脂香都滲入在蛋內,十分香滑。鮮活時令龍蝦龍蝦上枱時活力十足,用了龍蝦膏調製的醬汁淋在龍蝦肉上,鮮味十足。原隻鮮活南非鮑魚鮑魚以鹽焗方式焗煮,再配上忌廉昆布汁,鮑魚彈牙又鮮味。鐵板帶子帶子以柚子胡椒調味,加了魚籽,以紫菜包裹,帶子嫩腍鮮甜無渣。香煎頂級鵝肝鵝肝煎至表面焦香,滲出油脂,配上黑醋汁及多士,正好吸收了鵝肝油脂香味又可減輕油膩感。鹿兒島霜降和牛薄燒卷及厚燒和牛薄片包著葱蒜,入口香味十足;而厚燒入口充滿牛油脂香,各有特色。秋田炒飯櫻花蝦炒飯粒粒分明,十分爽口。炒野菜幾款雜菜加了蒜茸爆炒,十分有鑊氣。龍蝦清湯清湯加了龍蝦頭熬製,清甜鮮味。甜品即煎銅鑼燒配綠茶雪糕,新鮮熱辣。
