今日假期都要返公司做嘢,同事由朝忙到晚,幫老板成功接到一單大生意,所以老板請我們食飯,佢訂左尖沙咀龍門金閣海鮮酒家。話果間D菜式不錯,又有懷舊中菜,重好好味!放工我們就一同前往。老板點了幾度菜式。避風塘瀨尿蝦肉,我喜歡食瀨尿蝦,因為蝦肉非常鮮甜,但我又怕剝殼好麻煩,這度菜就最岩我,已去殼的蝦肉加上薄薄的脆漿,炸過之後用炸蒜再炒,啖啖肉,又香又甜真美味!避風塘百花釀鮮魷,侍應介紹鮮魷是印尼新鮮運到的,特別厚肉和鮮甜,中間釀入蝦滑再泡油,之後用加入大量炸蒜,爽口彈牙好特別的口感,味香又鮮甜。脆皮炸豬手,豬手都好大隻,將皮炸至金黃色脆卜卜,肉質鮮嫩又入味。配中式芥末醬甚滋味!秘制黑醋骨,個秘製黑醋汁相當惹味,酸甜度適中,排骨肉質軟嫩有口感。生炒臘味糯米飯,除了臘味,還有蝦米仔、花生和芫茜。糯米飯炒得夠味,加上有臘味伴炒,令味道更香更惹味!黃金蝦球,大蝦球加入脆漿炸至金黃色,再用咸蛋黃炒過,外層口感酥脆,味道咸香,內面的蝦球好爽口。飯後店家還有糖水送,芋頭面米露,滿足的一餐,多謝老板!臨走見到龍門老板在整理新菜單,同事們齊說下次再來試試喔!
