農曆新年同朋友飲茶,有賀年點心menu,「筍尖鮮蝦餃」($108)皮薄不厚摺口靚,蝦肉Q彈爽口😋;「雪山焗叉燒餐包」(98)外皮皮薄酥脆,包底脆口,叉燒餡醬汁調味得宜,非常高質,食完再追加一碟😋;「橫財就手」($98)豬手一般,再炆耐啲會入味啲;「蟹籽燒賣」($108)同「鮑汁鮮竹卷」($98)味道OK,論精緻度可以更好;「XO醬炒蘿蔔糕」煎得靚,又香又脆;「招財進寶」($88)即係奶皇黃金酥,酥餅鬆化,奶皇餡香甜,好食😋;「堆金積玉」($118)即係春風得意腸,蝦膠新鮮彈牙;「碧綠帶子腸粉」($118),帶子鮮甜用料上乘,腸粉出品火候拿捏好😇餐前小食由過往嘅琥珀合桃變咗鹽焗腰果,吸引力瞬間跌watt,失望,呢樣扣分🥺員工招呼態度非常之好,整體質素中上,高質嘅酒店中菜廳👍🏻.
