#星星之食評好開心,今次同老妹去食Omakase!真係第一次同佢食!係咪估唔到呢?咁鍾意食壽司嘅我哋,終於嚟到尖沙咀食依個性價比高嘅Omakase!Lunch set $680 !!!值得一試嘅呢!🍣水雲醋物系沖繩嘅海草啊!配上粒粒白飯魚酸酸甜甜好開胃㗎!第一次吃這個海草,感覺很有趣!🍣味噌松葉蟹肉茶碗蒸啊!茶碗蒸很嫩滑,有蟹肉的鮮味!🍣手握壽司10貫青森縣嘅佐口魚深海池魚啊-很鮮嫩很好吃北海道嘅北寄貝-師傅做咗脊燒嘅帶出咗個香味,有脊燒的香口感小肌-類似秋刀魚、沙鮻魚嘅銀皮魚九州嘅手釣池魚,用咗一個大蔥吊味鹿兒島的車海老-熟了也一樣有鮮嫩感北海道嘅紫海膽,個口醬爆住海膽唔錯!海曼壽司—佢嘅碟好靚啊,跟住上面放咗啲生椒粉啊,同埋自家制嘅鰻魚汁啊,令到個味道更加提升🍣佢呢個咁似蛋糕,其實係一個玉子燒,佢系並沒有加麵粉去做嘅,用咗呢個雞蛋白身魚煲湯,仲有少少蝦味,玉子燒外型好有趣咯,同埋佢呢度又系有啲濕潤嘅感覺,吃的感覺有點像蛋糕!🍣赤麵豉湯🍣芝麻奶凍/咖啡奶凍,咖啡味超級襯,我食落感覺就好似tiramisu噉@sushi.hisayoshi.hk💌Sushi Hisayoshi 鮨 央泰

🍣水雲醋物系沖繩嘅海草啊!
配上粒粒白飯魚酸酸甜甜好開胃㗎!
第一次吃這個海草,
感覺很有趣!

🍣味噌松葉蟹肉茶碗蒸啊!
茶碗蒸很嫩滑,有蟹肉的鮮味!

青森縣嘅佐口魚
深海池魚啊-很鮮嫩很好吃
北海道嘅北寄貝-師傅做咗脊燒嘅帶出咗個香味,有脊燒的香口感
小肌-類似秋刀魚、沙鮻魚嘅銀皮魚
九州嘅手釣池魚,用咗一個大蔥吊味
