当年到尼泊爾玩，實在忘不了尼泊爾菜，因為去到那裏，你都一定吃到傳統的尼泊爾菜。一盆餅，一盆醬汁，一盆你選的肉或菜式。味道不改，哪都一樣。在港竟有一家餐廳都是一摸一樣的！羊肉燜得時間長，肉很爛，湯汁很濃，當然沒有印度的咖喱濃味，而是富有香草和配料的。吃得滋味，香口但不上火。Naan是即點即做的，又香又脆，有點兒焦香味，配搭羊肉湯汁，超級美味。肯定你不會因此而少吃。炸茄子也是鮮做的，香脆美味，必忘了餐廳提供三種醬汁，以增加獨特香土味。
