To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 大鄉里過海😆!有事辦去荃灣,順便來吃個lunch。見到呢間cafe有花花又有雲石枱,裝修幾靚幾舒服便去試一試。午餐揀主菜包餐湯及咖啡。蘑菇湯都幾濃郁足料。點了𝙀𝙜𝙜 𝘽𝙚𝙣𝙚𝙙𝙞𝙘𝙩 𝙇𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙧 : 是水煮蛋配大蝦🦐及牛角包🥐。一嚟到見到兩隻水煮蛋好豐滿,好似個圓潤嘅屁股🍑咁🤣🤣 。大蝦肉幾扎實新鮮,牛角包都幾鬆脆,不過就乾咗少少⋯⋯ 至於屁股水煮蛋,味道是ok 的,不過明顯undercook ,有一隻仲一吉蛋黃汁就好似水咁流晒出嚟。另外個Hollandaise sauce 亦偏鹹。如果改善下,應該可以成為一間嘢食有水準又可以打卡嘅Cafe 。_______________#roamardtheworld_hk #roamardtheworld_food#roamardtheworld_brunch

至於屁股水煮蛋,味道是ok 的,不過明顯undercook ,有一隻仲一吉蛋黃汁就好似水咁流晒出嚟。另外個Hollandaise sauce 亦偏鹹。如果改善下,應該可以成為一間嘢食有水準又可以打卡嘅Cafe 。
