To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

同朋友嚟咗呢間居酒屋食下午茶本身已經打算叫梅酒，見到有依個優惠就點咗個薑梅酒試下雖然係夏天飲，但因為有舊大冰喺中間所以好透心涼。甜度適中，薑味唔會重得太過份。送嘅酥炸魷魚圈都幾好食，魷魚彈牙，點嘅醬係辣醬再加日本沙律醬一齊點，好開胃送酒。吉列池魚原來係咁大條，好啖啖肉。朋友係食肉獸，叫咗個肉海縱橫，有燒豬腩肉、免治雞肉棒、牛柳粒同豬柳粒，其中我地覺得免治雞肉棒最好食，因為夠哂腍同軟滑。肉嘅調味都ok. 次次食串燒都一定會點牛舌，今次依款係薄牛舌，燒之前可能已經整熟過，所以相對較腍，牛肉味都濃嘅。菇味好香濃烤茄子塗咗烤汁喺上面，唔會太乾。
