難得星期日約到朋友食飯,今次揀左鳥居居酒居慢慢食和慢慢傾計。餐廳主要以刺身和燒物為主,因為我唔食得生冷野,所以朋友好好,陪我一齊食熱食。活帆立貝:絕對食得出活帆立貝和雪藏貨既分別。呢隻係鮮甜之餘,肉質較軟熟,和雪藏貨偏韌,係有明顯的分別。網燒活鮑魚:鮑魚已經清洗所有內臟,燒好之後再切埋。我地就咁食就得,超方便。鮑魚面仲有少少日色香料(不過我唔知係咩),加埋一齊食,有提鮮既作用。燒龍蝦:呢隻龍蝦真係食到我舐舐脷。燒龍蝦初初好難剝殼,我以為未熟la,但又唔係wor。剝殼後係啖啖肉,而且非常爽脆彈牙。兩個人食一隻就剛剛好。鹽燒鮪魚尾:鮪魚即係吞拿魚,通常食刺身或罐頭,未食過吞拿魚扒。侍應話吞拿魚扒上加上了廚師特製既醬汁。個汁酸酸甜甜,都幾特別。可能我較保守傳統,我還是較喜歡刺身或罐頭既食法😂日本岩手早沢牛:侍應話和牛達A4級別,怪不得130g要$428。不過貴得黎都好值得。因為我食全熟的部分,牛肉食落口一d都唔肥,而且肉質好滑、好軟淋,充滿濃濃的牛肉味。自家製月見免治雞肉棒:食法好得意,係點日本生雞蛋食。但因為我唔食得生野,所以無試生雞蛋,留返下次先試la。味道有d似日式餃子入面既肉,不過就

薩摩雞翼一夜干:起初見到個名好疑惑,牛肉乾、豬肉乾食得多,咩係一夜干呢?原來係用鹽醃左雞翼一晚,風乾後第二日燒。效果唔錯,個皮燒到脆脆地,隻雞翼唔會太肥,只有少少咸香,不用其他調味料已經好夠味。
