工作壓力大想好好獎勵自己或者想慶祝終於捱過五日到星期五Stanley 11呢間嘅定食係個唔錯嘅選擇客人嘅位置包圍住中間嘅工作位置師傅整壽司同切刺身都會一覽無遺亦有機會可以聽吓師傅介紹食材今次食嘅套餐有前菜蟹籽沙律麵豉湯同三文魚子茶碗蒸食咗三樣嘢都覺得係心機之作而且已經好期待個主角《北海丼》見到師傅係我面前切鰤魚師傅話佢係油甘魚嘅哥哥 淨係腹嘅部份已經重3.2公斤係大魚另外有北海道鮮帆立貝同海膽三樣食材都好新鮮份量又多配料有紫蘇葉+紫薑+我最鍾意清新又開胃嘅自家製柚子蘿蔔最後想講嘅係個丼飯底係有調味成個丼有唔同嘅味道口感同驚喜食完忍唔住坐多咗陣樓底高景觀好係寧舍唔同🥰✨
