今日晏奏去完中環見客,去咗一間以前同事介紹過嘅日本餐廳食咗個lunch set。 餐廳樓底好高,空間感十足,另外以吧檯形式咁坐,可以清楚望清楚師傅切魚生嘅刀功。 店員推介我試咗個北海丼 午市套餐配有前菜、麵湯、茶碗蒸、煮物。 前菜係帆立貝沙律🥗,帆立貝味道鮮美,沙律菜爽甜,加左黑椒調味,清新得黎,帶點小刺激。 茶碗蒸非常吸引🤩,上面鋪咗個呈橙紅色嘅蘭王蛋黃,,色澤光亮,而且蛋香非常濃郁,蛋黃上仲加咗黑松露,將味道提昇至極緻。茶碗蒸入面仲有鮮甜爽脆嘅三文魚子、本菇、鳴門卷🍥、蟹膏,令整個茶碗蒸都充滿鮮味,味道相當出色。 主角北海丼出場,有鰤魚、海膽同埋帶子。鰤魚肉質甜美,脂膏豐腴;海膽呈淺橙黃色,味道濃厚甘甜,回甘強,海膽膏的瓣塊較小,極其鮮美;帶子粒粒又大又飽滿,肉質柔軟,鮮味濃郁。三款刺身加埋將食物嘅鮮味提升至極點。米飯係珍珠米,粒粒潔白晶瑩、粘而不膩、味道極佳。 師傅仲介紹咗佢哋自家製嘅士多啤梨酒🍓🍶,呢個酒用咗兩年嘅日本燒酌同日本最上乘嘅士多啤梨釀製而成,酒精濃度好少,但有淡淡嘅士多啤梨香,味道香甜易入口。 continue reading
