To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

疫情下,好多酒店都搞promotion, 推出優惠去吸引顧客。作為一個小資女,掙扎左好耐到底入吾入坑好 XD 雖然拒絕左一次又一次的誘惑,最後都係入手左The Ritz-Carlton Summer flash sale 既自助晚餐券。餐廳環境吾大,如果吾係坐正窗邊,其實冇乜特別。可能因為打電話去book 枱有remark 到係慶祝 anniversary, 所以都安排左面窗的自修室位比我地,係103樓望住個靚境食嘢,心情係吾錯既。食物方面,選擇吾算多,都係大路的生蠔,蟹腳,凍蝦,龍蝦,刺身,沙律前菜,牛排,扁皮鴨,中湯和一堆熱食...質素正常,係龍蝦淡而無味,不吃也罷。生蠔係一早開定兩碟任拎,肉質肥美。令人無奈係去到自助餐下半場,生蠔已經冇擺出黎 (可能基於衛生問題... )要同D侍應落單先拎比你。但係食物區D侍應永遠叫都叫吾著。。。同埋離開餐廳時見到每一檯都有coffee/tea, 但係結帳時,侍應冇提我地要order,作為一間貴價酒店入面的餐廳,甘既服務真係好扣分。不過要盛讚係D甜品質素好好,款式多賣相精美。有部分甜品會放係凍櫃入面,完全保留到甜品應有的質地和美味,值得一讚🤤提一

不過要盛讚係D甜品質素好好,款式多賣相精美。有部分甜品會放係凍櫃入面,完全保留到甜品應有的質地和美味,值得一讚🤤

提一提,除左水之后,任飲要另外收費。

整體而言,用summer sale $5xx 價錢是值得試一次。或者下次會為左D甜品而試下呢度既high tea set XD
