To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

以前平時都有食開寶琳海港，今次第一次幫襯太子呢間海港好唔掂，我們兩公婆下午茶時間到達，要求唔搭枱，但接待及部長都話唔得，一定要搭枱，我堅持要唔搭枱，並說明我們兩個叫菜比較多，搭枱放唔到咁多點心，坐得又逼，部長話要比多一位茶錢先可以唔洗搭枱，無奈接受..........點心一般、服務一般、杯碟清潔衛生好有問題，沒有下次!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!p.s. 我第一次聽食下午茶兩個人一定要搭枱
