To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今個月 8 號 6:30p.m 左右，我同屋企人去咗元朗形點間元氣壽司食晚飯，順便提早慶祝我嘅生日帶子食落夠新鮮，上面塊三文魚夠凍，夠新鮮啲蛋食落去好滑，大人細路都啱食。嗰日本來想食「蒜味蜆湯烏冬」，可惜嗰日暫停供應。所以就嗌咗呢碗烏冬食…… 食落去都ok 可以，而且烏冬嘅煙韌度都適中。三文魚頭夠新鮮，個湯濃度適中，保持到水準。壽司外面嘅紫菜夠脆，咬落去口感好好。炸蝦食落去夠脆，絕對唔係「炸定」嘅，只係覺得出面嘅蟹子可以再多少少。食落去口感非常好同芝士夾埋好好味。食落去係即整嘅，材料新鮮，但係都係嗰句…… 壽司表面嘅蟹子太小，如果可以多少少就更好喇！味道同壽司好夾 😘三文魚嘅厚度適中，份量足夠，外面紫菜夠脆飛魚籽咬落去卜卜聲，夠新鮮，外面紫菜夠脆。
