To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平時每逢節日，唔係去酒樓就係去忠誠，貪佢有大圓枱～大埔中心搭巴士/小巴就去到，其實都好方便😋唔好以為係大美督露天就會好熱，佢冷氣長開，地方亦都好乾淨，好多人特登入去食好熱鬧架忠誠既食物永遠唔會令我失望，重點推薦幾款比大家啦～呢度既甜咖哩好好食，特別推薦甜咖哩牛腩，配埋薄餅同一筒筒飯，好開胃！蝦餅亦係我至愛！佢既蝦餅好岩香港人口味，一個人食一碟都得😋辣椒膏青口係必食之一，惹味醬汁加埋大大隻青口，送飯都一流！個汁帶甜唔算辣，普通唔食得辣既人都一定食到最後推薦埋個蝦醬炒飯，惹味到極！必點！下次過節再見啦😋 週末夜晚去記住book位呀！
