To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

屋企附近有丼丼屋，所以成日都會走去食架🤭我最近就食咗期間限定嘅北海道十勝豚餐目➖「牛油粟米北海道十勝豚丼」、丼飯嚴選北海道產十勝豚肉，百分百還原北海道滋味，味覺瞬間好似去咗一轉日本旅行咁🤭丼飯可單點或加$10升級做定食，定食配前菜、日式湯、甜品同果茶，好豐富喔☺ 丼飯豚肉厚切有口感，脂肪分布非常均勻、而每塊豚肉片燒至微微焦香，咬落肉味濃郁鮮嫩，極具口感😚而粟米香甜富誘人牛油香，超讚。 兩者嘅精華渗入軟糯嘅宫城縣產特 A 級「一見鐘情」米之中，忍唔住成碗食晒🤭
