To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一月初,天氣又回暖。今天跟兩位閨蜜下班後聚會,大家商議下決定到坑口邨吃大排擋。由於太餓的關係,先點兩份小菜,先上的是醬爆牛柳粒,其實是因為不想吃到骨頭,所以才點這道。牛柳粒切到一口,跟青紅椒爆炒後入味非常。我和其中一位愛吃田雞,所以後上的有薑蔥田雞,以瓦煲上桌,田雞火喉剛好,很惹味,不過蔥絲過多,相對之下田雞的份量有點不足。小吃過後,再點了蒜茸西蘭花,如果吃西蘭花通常我都不會點蒜茸炒,原因是本人吃得比較濃味,蒜茸炒的話再怎麼好吃也是很爽口很清淡。再加一份千層咕嚕肉,炒得很香,甜酸醬全掛在肉上,師傅的技術很不錯,不過咬一口以後發現肉的比例不多,其他部份全是筋或肥肉,這個實在太膩,吃兩顆已經不想再吃下去。不過整體來說,以大排檔的水準來講已經很不錯,而且香港的大排擋已經買少見少,偶爾光顧當做支持一下。
