To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

自己住喺呢條村，收到傳單先知有間日本餐廳(響一品日本料理)，今期推介東京吉列牛(杜如X介紹過)，我呢D牛魔王，今次近水樓台喇。6点半去到，有冇咁早爆場丫，好彩早到姐，入座，二話不說点菜，就兩份吉列牛。菜到,一睇就知冇揀錯，D牛肉油脂豐滿，正，嗱嗱聲煎件試下，吉列外皮超脆口，牛香味極濃，配搭埋佢哋自家果隻椒鹽食，味道更佳(經理果然冇介紹錯)。食飽，走，估唔到，屋邨都有咁高質素野食。
