To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

說到好吃的牛腩粉，大家可能只會想起很有名的名牌牛腩粉，但其實不需要山長水遠大排場龍，都能吃到性價比高的，就像我在藍田發掘到的潮龍園！他的湯底是挺有味道的，他的不是清湯，像是添加了很多調味的深色濃湯，最喜歡加醋及辣椒油吃。喜歡這個份量的粉麵，份量少，很適合女生吃。➡️ 崩沙腩粗麪 $45。肥肉不多亦夠淋，既爽又滑，份量雖然沒宣傳照那麼多但都可以接受，畢竟相片只作參考➡️ 牛筋粗麪 $32 + 跟餐飲 $8。牛筋夠淋，份量可以。➡️ 油菜 跟粉加 $10。跟蠔油的，正常。
