To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

很明白現時香港餐飲業不理想，很多香港人假期寧願選擇不在港消費。除了想離開一下這個壓力大的都市外，有時客戶服務的態度和靈活變通都很緊要，如果一間店舖要買人情味，亦即是說很多事情可以靈活變通而非死板或與客人鬥氣。即使是做街坊生意，即使只是一個侍應亦應該保留一種打工應有的態度，我不是第一次惠顧這間雲吞麵，但很坦言有某些阿姐的態度真的十分惡劣，我認為不是真性情，在今時今日的社會早已被淘汰。難怪啲人都不想消費啦，今時今日嘅服務態度咁死板🥲 continue reading

有時放假都會陪媽媽去買餸，喺買餸之前都會喺街市門口呢間粉麵檔食嘢，平時返工都有食開荃灣嗰間，所以都知道呢間潮式粉麵檔無論係牛腩定係去到墨魚丸都好好食🥢 牛三寶撈麵呢個係我必點之一，因為可以一次過試哂牛腩、牛肚、牛筋，而且價錢唔貴，相當街坊價，除咗啲餸比得慷慨，麵底份量亦唔少，有兩個麵咁多，女士們真係會食唔哂🙈🐮 崩沙牛腩雲吞河識揀一定係揀崩沙腩，唔肥唔太瘦，加上炆得剛剛好嘅火候，入味得嚟又唔會好淋冇咗質感咁，雲吞每粒都係人手包大大粒，每粒都有鮮蝦、豬肉，好足料🐟 帶骨炸魚皮呢款炸魚皮已經好少地方有，係連魚骨一齊炸比脆卜卜，平時喺屋企打邊爐都會特登買返包返去食，真係好正 continue reading

充滿人情味嘅粉麵店

去到藍田呢種咁有人情味嘅地方，係係時侯幫襯返唔同嘅小店啦。依度嘅小店食物嘅價錢都好好抵，例如依間潮龍記，食一碗粉麵，淨係需要$30或以上，性價比好高，而且味道都唔錯，仲要份量好大，我一碗都食唔晒。就好似我叫嘅牛腩河粉，只需要$34，然後佢嘅牛腩好軟腍，30幾蚊可以食到呢種質素真係好抵食，個人建議加少少佢嘅辣油，就更加香。然後加$6仲可以有一大支嘅豆漿。而且我早餐去嘅時候，都已經有好多街坊幫襯 ，睇嚟呢間餐廳深受街坊歡迎 continue reading
