To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 經開附近做野，見到呢間茶記都有好多選擇，就入嚟試試。有別於其他茶餐廳，呢度冇乾牛河、星洲米俾你選擇，反而有日本拉麵、韓式部隊鍋、和牛漢堡扒俾你揀，茶記嚟講都算破格。今次揀咗個慢煮雞胸拉麵，免費轉地獄湯($64)嚟試食，成個拉麵賣相企理。雞胸軟嫰、拉麵似係日本拉麵店質感、溏心蛋夠味，地獄湯有驚喜，唔止係一般嘅死辣，多咗個豬骨湯嘅層次，夠爽👍🏻 凍檸茶正常不過。環境同服務大致正常，雖然都係連鎖，但見到職員嘅招呼算係熱情嘅，唔係機械人。如果下次經過，會試其他餐。
