香港嘅食肆食物好多都做得好好,唯獨有一樣致命傷:生意一好啲,人一多啲,態度就會變到勁差。其實呢間餐廳我一路都有食開,但係經過今次之後真係一次都唔會再去。一入到去係要手機落單,平時其實我都係照落單嘅。但因為今次同行嘅朋友要再附加一啲其他嘢食,我哋又唔太知道點樣喺個app度再加,所以就想睇吓店員可唔可以幫我哋落單。但呢個時候個店員就好燥同埋用佢好訓導主任式嘅語氣同我哋講話呢度淨係可以用手機落單。嗰刻已經喺度諗,如果我電話無電又或者係唔識用呢啲app嘅客人,咁係咪可以唔使喺度食?講真呢啲手機落單係為咗減省人手,但應該唔係完全取代人手落單架下嘛?去到呢個位都未算最衰,跟住食物到咗之後,我哋發現有碗拉麵佢比錯咗。好聲好氣問佢呢碗係咪我哋叫咗個碗,嗰個"訓導主任"職員就即刻勁晦氣咁講"好,你俾返我先", 跟住就將所有嘢收走,我本身喺個盤上面嗰對筷子想攞返佢都唔俾,差啲夾咗嗰條麵都要擺返落去俾佢。我想攞返對筷子,佢就話"得得,我攞返俾你,你擺咗落嚟先。" 想問係咪想攞返碗麵入去化驗?咁緊張都唔知咩事。跟住搞咗勁耐先有返啲餐具。成個感覺好似我爭咗佢好多錢咁,明明係佢比錯咗嘢我哋。食物質素喺度就唔詳細講

食物質素喺度就唔詳細講,其實同我第一次去食都已經有大分別,湯底味好淡,麵質地又唔係特別好,都已經好令人失望。

想講個個都有情緒,但如果其他人因為你嘅態度而破壞哂對一間餐廳嘅印象,然後又因為你個客有帶住差嘅感覺走,令到佢哋全日都心情唔好,其實就係一個惡性循環。呢次係我第一次寫"食評", 希望都係最後一次。
