上次聽講大叔拉麵搞Pochacco限定時已經想去試,點知成個月都冇得閒。終於等到一日中午要去D2Place,的起心肝去試一次可能係茘枝角最有名嘅拉麵。中午都幾多人,但我算早到,唔駛等位。店內好多公仔,係幾得意嘅。叫咗個特濃雞白慢煮雞肉麵,以拉麵店嚟講上菜算慢,唔知係咪咁影響咗個麵玉,一上枱已經偏腍,唔太掂。如果係以麵質嚟評斷拉麵好壞嘅朋友,應該唔駛嚟試。湯:醬油遮晒雞白味,雖則話「特濃」係客人揀,但師傅都應注意平衡度。湯底醬油有種酸味,我覺得同雞白味唔多夾,特色係唔係一定好?在下認為見人見智。蛋係一流,溏心度好,好入味,如果有得齋買蛋外賣,我會幫襯!雞肉一般,嚡,唔覺係慢煮。叉(腩)夠味,夠焦,夠厚,都算唔錯。配菜仲有笋,脆,但冇味,唔俾好過俾。大叔拉麵出名,好評多,我認為係因為茘枝角一段冇乜競爭,最近嘅對手可能去到興華街一帶。如果真係論拉麵,真係平均以下,但佢嘅價位係喺「平均線」,咁計就性價比低咯。為咗佢隻蛋,會搵多次非繁忙時間嚟試下冇咁濃嘅湯麵,睇下值唔值推介俾人。 continue reading

見到裝修好好多好可愛大叔的佈置就吸引咗入嚟食拉麵無論門口裝修都擺設咗好多日式公仔而且仲有日本Bar枱位置營造咗日本感覺拉麵款式選擇唔算多主要係雞白湯/牛骨湯/地獄湯等等所以好快就選擇到自己想食咩啦黑豚肉雞白湯拉麵$88豚肉即係日式叉燒 有兩大片而且好林好入味 有少少醬油喺面 味道剛剛好糖心蛋非常好食煮熟程度啱啱好 蛋白好入味蛋漿係仲有少少凍氣 新鮮雞蛋外熱內冷口感非常好仲可以選擇拉麵軟硬程度我就選擇了正常首先份量都算偏多,食落同日本質素一樣係日本的味道拉麵 而且依間配菜洋蔥非常多湯亦都非常鮮甜雞白湯食得好健康 特勝和牛骨湯拉麵$108牛骨湯味道濃郁 但唔會好鹹而且除了兩塊豬豚肉,仲有兩片大雞肉雞肉亦都係好大片同好林日式櫻花蝦湯豆腐$48雖然餐廳推介呢個小食但我就覺得偏普通浸住啲湯 好似醬油味反而偏甜整體嚟講拉麵係好好食的另外會收取+1服務費付款方式比較唔方便只收取現金好彩啱啱好,有現金如果有電子付款方式會更加好 continue reading

《特盛濃厚雞🐓白湯拉麵🍜》香味 (4/5) - 非常香,香味應該主要係來自炸牛蒡絲,同蔥絲。湯 (3.5/5) - 呢款雞白湯同平時你會响 d 專食雞白湯嘅店唔太一樣,個雞味我認為唔算太出,我估佢加左豬⻣落去一齊煲,同埋明顯地佢有加左少量醋提味,所以個湯都幾特別,唔係一般店會食到呢隻味,所以就個湯都令人印象深刻。麵條 (3/5) - 中細麵,直身,算爽口,麥味正常。配料 (3.5/5) - 雞叉燒係用左雞胸肉,唔算好嫩滑,雞味有,不過不失。因為係特盛版,所以雞胸有成 4 塊,呢個價錢算抵食。豬叉燒方面,用嘅係豬五花,有滷入味,而且爽口唔油膩,幾好食。溏心蛋,正常好食,生熟度幾好,有入味。《羽根煎餃子🥟》所謂羽根,即係煎餃子嘅時候加入太白粉水,煎完之後餃子個底會附上一層薄薄的脆皮。如果以呢個定義來講,呢個餃子就唔多合格,因為佢層脆皮唔多脆,好快就腍左,不過有可能係我擺左一陣先食。咁其實個餃子都算幾扎實,煎得幾好,味道口感都ok,但差在個脆皮唔脆囉。整體 - 值得小推薦 👍👍👍 雖然呢碗麵唔係超高水準,不過食得出店主有放心機做。一,個湯嘅風格有刻意調過。二,香味嘅部份佢落過功夫,真係好香。三,個豬叉燒燒得剛好。所以我認為都係心機作品。 continue reading
