木玥巷應該無乜屯門牛會唔識,因為老細以前係酒店中廚出身,所以啲出品都一向幾高既質素,平時想食台灣野,就會自然諗到佢~今晚我地成家人又係度開餐喇😙🍀紅燒牛肉麵牛展超級厚切!!我諗有2-3cm咁厚⋯一心諗住咁大塊會好鞋口,但入口筋腱位有膠質但唔黐牙,肉質出奇地又軟又腍😙湯底色澤濃厚偏醬油色;雖然係紅燒但唔會辣,重醇厚牛骨味,飲到滷水香,紅白蘿蔔無渣清甜。麵條係台式手打麵,預期中既彈牙煙韌,軟硬度適中,整體正宗台味💚🍀黯然銷魂安格斯滷肉拌麵滷肉正常理解係豬肉,但依度竟然用安格斯牛肉,肉味濃,屬半肥瘦;「黯然銷魂」點都有隻太陽蛋,將蛋汁同滷汁撈均手打麵條,加埋滷肉連青瓜、紅薑、泡菜一齊食,有層次又好滋味、飽足🍀台式三杯雞一上碟好香酒味係有鑊氣既,雞應該用左雞髀位,無骨好滑無雪味,九層塔味好出,而雞髀菇好惹味juicy🍀櫻花蝦鰻魚炒飯睇好似好濕,但飯係珍珠米,索左水份(鰻魚汁)米粒食落又唔會好林,岩岩好👍🏻大量既櫻花蝦有提味既效果,蝦味超濃,配料鰻魚相對較少,飯面有好多紫菜條,成個飯感覺同味道都好日式🍀蟹肉明太子炒新竹米粉粒粒魚春(明太子)佈滿晒成個米粉,好多炒蛋同蟹肉,色澤金黃炒得好乾爽,新竹

🍀蟹肉明太子炒新竹米粉
粒粒魚春(明太子)佈滿晒成個米粉,好多炒蛋同蟹肉,色澤金黃炒得好乾爽,新竹米粉夠幼可以索到味,入口有少少明太子既咸香,好香雞蛋味,同埋最緊要食到尾碟底無乜油👍🏻
