To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

嚟到大西北，唔想落街日曬雨淋，就行商場，行到雙腳浮腫就嚟呢間Délifrance食晚飯，呢間比起其他分店好唔同，環境靚好多，係bistro版喺店面見塊foamboard上嘅牛柳勁吸引，就嗌份嚟試吓，牛肉果然好有肉香同幾嫩，藜麥飯好濕潤飽和，唔會嚡烚烚，勁爆香蘑菇味焗薯批都係好特別嘅主食，唔係成pan係薯蓉，而係切成薯片充滿芝士香氣，煙三文魚好大塊厚切又有鮮香跟餐嗌甜品會有平，佢地份拿破崙蛋糕勁大份，每層都好脆，拮落去嗦嗦聲，cream又勁好食，擺設仲好靚𠻹另外嗌嘅係朱古力蛋糕，cream都好香綿，蛋糕好濃朱古力香，更有雲呢拿雪糕配搭，一白一啡甜品雙星飲品方面，胃民就要杯靚靚嘅香橙芒果梳打而大胃就試吓熱豆奶，起起地泡口感都幾creamy，暖胃一流
